A Little Spring 🌷Fine art print

This limited-edition fine art photography print showcases a beautiful arrangement of colourful tulips frozen in ice. 

I use my own technique: I freeze the flowers, photograph the block of ice with flowers against the light, then edit the image, sometimes with up to 50+ layers in Photoshop. This intuitive process lets me experiment with colours and details I love. The transparency of the ice and flowers makes it look like watercolour, yet this is a photograph. Every artwork from Felicidade is carefully crafted by hand, with no AI involvement. 

The process of freezing the flowers shows them in a painterly way, reminiscent of watercolour paintings, characterised by softness, blur, and transparency. Each time I freeze the flowers, the outcome is a delightful surprise. 

Flowers possess their own unique beauty in every moment, and my goal is to capture one of those shining moments.

Printed on high-quality Hahnemühle Pearl paper (285 g) in Amsterdam by a certified Hahnemühle art studio, we guarantee the highest quality. Each print is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
